The Canada Geese who nested in the half barrel next door have hatched, and they are SO cute! I know they make a big mess as adults, but those little yellow corkers, yes, babies of any kind with me, are adorable. My Studio/playroom
Thought I'd give you a peek into my studio this week, while it's tidy! Teaching is a great thing, makes me clear stuff up and tidy a bit. I'm painting on a little canvas hung on the wall here, but I also have a big easle that I built onto the back of my "coat cuboard", and it has lockable wheels, so I can turn it around easily when a class comes in, then they get their cuboard with a notice board on the doors. In the nineties I rappelled off the New River Gorge Bridge almost every year. "Bridge Day" in West Virginia is amazing. The mile long bridge has two of its four lanes closed for the day, and vendors set up their stalls selling everything from carbide lamps for cavers to handmade wooden furniture or live snakes.
